April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American actress also known as a model, singer and actress. She's known for playing Kandi on the CBS comedy series Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol.
