Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started training for fitness events after quitting gymnastics. As a teenager She was granted her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was 16. In just a few years after that, she managed to obtain her Pro Card at the age of 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel put off her pro career for a period of six years in order to further the education she wanted to pursue. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from when she left competing in top competitions like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her first show was a success, she competed for many years and determined to achieve higher standards each year. In 2009 she had won more than four fitness titles. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel had a 6-year hiatus from competing so she could complete her degree at college. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish 3rd. The winner was IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later to take home the sixth spot within the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel declares she was more than happy about her achievement. Ariel competed against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel constantly improving her physique. The body part that Ariel likes for training is the back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with a machine and bent-over rows. The majority of the time she warms up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel will also make the most of her time. She combines all of her back exercises into three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are what she does.
