Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American singer songwriter model and actress who hails from St. Louis Missouri. She is known for playing Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as the lead singer of The rock group The Pretty Reckless. The music of Momsen is used in movies and TV shows like How to Be Single, Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen, born in July 1993, has an elder sister Sloane Momsen. Her dance training was at St. Louis' Center of Creative Arts. Three years ago, she began her acting career as a professional as a part of a nationally telecast Shake 'n Bake commercial. Momsen's career came to a slow halt for three years before she was offered her first lead role on the WB show Misconceptions. Momsen played a role in Saving Shiloh in 2006 at the time. Momsen was in the top 3 of Hannah Montana, but Miley got the lead role.
