Ina Garten is an American writer of cookery cookbooks and Emmy Award-winning host for the Food Network's most popular program, Barefoot Contessa that debuted in 2002 has 27 seasons to 2020. Ina began her career in creating nuclear energy policies as well as budgets of the White House. After initially finding the job fascinating and intellectually stimulating however, she began to get bored with it. Barefoot Contessa was then purchased. It took her 18 years to make the shop extremely successful before she decided to sell the business. After that, she started writing her first cookbook.
